I have worked with INK (Ivan and his team) in 5 different projects in the last 7 years. The projects have been: Basement, kitchen extension and flat refurbishment with new kitchen and bathrooms. INK has delivered in all the mentioned projects.

We employed INK Construction to carry out the refurbishment of our basement and ground floors in late 2015 / early 2016. The project involved the gutting of both floors, internal and external structural modifications, refitting (including installation of the basement kitchen and utility room, bespoke lighting and media) and decoration.
We were very pleased with quality and conduct of the work. Ivan and his team were efficient (staying on schedule despite having to incorporate a number of additional work items), punctual, considerate (in particular, to our neighbours) and worked collaboratively with our other contractors. Ivan himself was onsite for the majority of the project and was always contactable when offsite.
The only problem we had (with a sub-contractor) was resolved quickly and decisively by Ivan. I would happily recommend INK to others.
